Breezeway & Shared-Area Cleanup
Litter removal, loose-debris pickup, and light appearance cleanup for breezeways, stairs, landings, and shared walkways where the community has them.
Scoped separately—not full janitorial service.
A premium resident amenity—not reserved for luxury communities—with reliable scheduled doorstep collection using your community's existing dumpster or compactor.
Garden-style apartment and townhome communities are welcome. Availability is reviewed community by community so the walking route, schedule, and service plan are realistic before anything is promised.
Valet trash and breezeway cleanup are separate services. Your community can request either one without being forced into a bundle.
Separate Community Services
These services are not bundled by default. Request one service or combine them for shared-area and resident coverage.

How It Works
We review unit count, stairs, walking distance between buildings, gates, collection points, dumpster or compactor access, and the schedule your community would require.
You receive a clear recommendation for the services requested. Breezeway cleanup and valet trash remain separate line items.
We confirm that NightPort can reliably support the community's 6:00–8:00 p.m. resident set-out window and our 8:00 p.m.–midnight collection route before an agreement is offered.
NightPort's primary focus remains recurring exterior care for commercial properties. We consider valet trash when the community size, layout, service window, and route schedule allow us to deliver it reliably.
6:00–8:00 p.m.
Residents place tied trash bags in their approved doorstep bins.
8:00 p.m.–midnight
NightPort collects the bags and takes them to the community dumpster or compactor.
By 9:00 a.m.
Residents return their empty bins inside their homes the next morning.
NightPort is building secure property-manager access into the service experience. The goal is simple: give authorized clients a clear view of completed work and conditions that may need their attention without requiring them to be onsite.
Portal access is planned and is not active yet. Availability will be confirmed during onboarding once the portal is ready.
Review when a scheduled visit was completed and what service was performed at the community.
See access problems, overflow, contamination, damage, or other conditions NightPort notices while onsite.
Keep service notes and relevant photos organized by property so your team has a clear record over time.
